Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cotton & Crete Mercantile ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your textiles ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainable and ethical manufacturing. Our cotton goods are sourced from fair-trade certified partners who prioritize environmental responsibility and artisan craftsmanship.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves into our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
